Our flagship dry cider. blend of local fresh pressed apples, fermented with Saison & wild yeasts, Brett conditioned, partial oak aged 12 months. Unfiltered, Dry as Brut champagne, crisp and clean, with citrus, wildflower, fresh lees aromatic, real cider!
The Barrel Reserva version of our much loved Oscura cider. Blend of local apples, then racked to oak barrel with whole sour cherries + Brett conditioned for 14 months. Dry Hopped with Casade. Dry, Unfiltered, Funky, with a touch of sour.
Cidermakers Barrel Selection from our cellar. Fermented & aged in white oak for 14 months. Bone Dry, Unfiltered, complex, creamy and smooth. Current release from French Oak that was priviously home to some fine Chardonnay.
A Sidra inspired sour cider aged on lees & utilizing a Solera blending structure currently three vintages old. Zero residual sugar, tart, sour and fruit forward at the same time.
Sidra inspired Sour dry cider aged and blended with Pear.
